Is your website secure? 
Yes, our website is a secure shopping environment where information is protected if you are a registered user. Know that you are protected while you shop.

Returns/Exchanges 
If you're not happy, we're not happy. We want to provide you with quality products and world class service. If for whatever reason you don't love your product from our website, send it back for an exchange or refund. Product(s) must be unwashed and unworn and in saleable condition. 

Custom made items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. We're sorry, but shipping charges are not refundable. 

Please note that returned items purchased with a free shipping offer or promotion will have the standard cost of shipping subtracted from the refund. Please allow up to two billing cycles to see your credit post on your statement. 

Please contact us via email at returns-urbanelements@cox.net to obtain a return authorization. Items must be received back at our warehouse within 10 days of receiving your return authorization. 

Repack the unused merchandise securely in the original packaging, with all tags in place, and include a copy of the return authorization email with a brief note explaining your return/exchange. All returned items must be in 100% re-sellable condition. For your protection, please return your merchandise with an insured courier (FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post, etc) and keep your receipt. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Any items returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer's expense. 

Shipping 
We will utilize the most economical shipping vendor based on the weight of the product and region of the country we are shipping to. Please allow 7 to 10 business days to receive stocked items via ground delivery.  Items ordered will ship as ready and may not arrive together. 

Depending on the item, we can express your order. 

All damages in shipping must be noted at delivery and reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. Damaged or defective items will be repaired or replaced as quickly as possible. 

Standard ground shipping charges within the continental US will be applied at checkout.
